  • Analyzed site statistics concerning car rental reservations on a global scale using Omniture Site Catalyst
  • Created company’s first internal alert system triggered by low/high threshold time-period-ending values of these statistics and site metrics
  • Primary driver of the Omniture analytics program for the company; provided training and education to a team of full-time employees on how to use the system
  • Presented numerous statistical and graphical reports to upper level management concerning vital information regarding the global vehicle reservation process and global site traffic, resulting in a major change in company policy from my findings. Discovered significant costs of cancellations in the reservation process, and developed a solution to be implemented
  • Participated in usability testing for each step of the reservation process for Hertz and Connect by Hertz
